Spicy Bhutte Ki Chaat – Special recipe for Sawan

Whether it is sitting in the balcony with hot tea or sitting near the window, hot corn – every taste is its own fun in this romantic season of rain. To make this special season even more memorable, we have brought an easy and instant bhutte ki chaat recipe – which will freshen up your mood with taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled corn (or 1 cup boiled sweet corn)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon green coriander (chopped)
  • Little butter (Optional – For Extra Flavor)

Method of preparation (how to make)

  • If you have raw corn, first boil them or fry them. Then separate the grains.
  • Put boiled corn or sweet corn in a bowl.
  • Add onion, tomato, green chillies and green coriander to it.
  • Now add – chaat masala, red chili powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Mix well. If you want, you can also heat it lightly by adding some butter.
  • Just ready – delicious, healthy and instant corn licking!

Tips:

  • You can also add boiled potato pieces to it.
  • If you want, you can add 1/2 teaspoon honey or tamarind chutney to give light sweet touch.
  • Serve it with hot tea during the rainy season-fun will double!
