Fry fruits and pour Sevai: Now heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a separate pan and fry all the dry fruits lightly in it. After this, add sevai in roasted fruits and fry it lightly. This will further increase the taste of Sevai. Now when the milk boils, add 100 grams of milkmade or milk powder to it and dissolve it well. It makes milk even more creamy and sweet, causing the taste of Sheer Khurma to become wonderful.

Cooking Sevai and Milk Mixing: Now add sevai in this milk and let it cook on light flame for 5 minutes. Then let it cook for 10-15 minutes. When the Sheer becomes light thick, turn off the gas. Now, you can keep it thick or thin as per your choice. In this step you have to ensure that Sevai is completely cooked and the taste of the sheer is developed correctly.
