Kuberaa Movie Review, Read the heart touching review before watching in theaters

Kuberaa movie review: So it starts like a common thriller, but gradually it opens layer by layer, a truth that brings out the true picture of today. The film has neither a shining hero nor the story introduced in classic style, but what is forced to think of you.

Kubera’s story between rich-poverty

The film begins with beggars with the lowest section of the society. These are the people who are present somewhere in our everyday life, but we do not want to see them. The real thread of the story connects with a very powerful industrialist Neeraj Mitra, who played Jim Sarbh. He keeps the morality of the country for his selfishness and uses four poor beggars to deliver black money to the corridors of power.

One of these beggars, Deva, played by Dhanush, is the soul of this film. On the other hand, Deepak Tej, who was earlier an honest CBI officer, has now become part of the same corrupt system. This character played by Nagarjuna is the bridge between the two worlds, which shows how close the streak is between honesty and compulsion.

The beauty of the film is a mirror of truth and some stinging things

The biggest feature of ‘Kubera’ is that it presents the most accurate social picture of today. This is not just a film, but a mirror of the bitter truth that we do not want to see. Many scenes of the film are very emotional, such as when a beggar’s body is thrown into a dog’s car, or when the character of Jim Sarbh says that “no one makes any difference to the beggar”.

The pain that is in these scenes seems not to be artificial, but true. The sensitivity with which director Shekhar Kammula has introduced these scenes is capable. The film does not hesitate to say that we are all beggars in some form or the other, some of love, and some identity.

The music and background score of the film is well prepared by Devi Shri Prasad, which further depths every emotion and scene. The camera work is also fantastic, which beautifully captures the feelings of the film.

Some drawbacks that knock

Every film has some incompleteness and ‘Kubera’ is also not untouched by this. While the first part of the film keeps you completely tied, there is some lethargy in the second part. Some scenes, especially action and chase scenes, seem to be repeated. The climax of the film seems a bit weak, as if the writer has suddenly covered everything.

Apart from this, the length of the film is also a bit heavy. If it was slightly brightened, its effect could have been deeper. A large part of the story focuses on beggars, but could be deeply peeled into their private world.

Acting

Dhanush once again proved why he is the National Award winner. His character Deva is as simple as it is, the deeper too. Their facial expressions, innocence in dialogues and honesty in every frame binds you. Nagarjuna’s character is deeply, and he played it with full seriousness. The negative character of Jim Sarbh is sitting perfectly, and their dialogues directly affect the heart and mind. Rashmika Mandana’s presence adds mild moments to the film and her character gives a relaxed. Legendary artists like Dilip Tahil and Sayaji Shinde have also played their characters well.

A urgent film that touches the heart
