Almond for hair: Almonds are a very beneficial natural material not only for health but also in hair care. It is rich in nutrients such as vitamin E, omega-3 fatty acids, biotin, magnesium and protein, which makes the hair deeply nourishes and makes them strong, dense and shiny.

Almond oil and paste in Ayurveda have been used to remove hair problems and maintain their natural beauty. Using almonds or its oil regularly reduces hair loss problem, hair growth increases and scalp remains healthy. However, if you must first do a patch test and then it should be regularly used.

Almonds are very beneficial for our oil, which the following are:-

How to use almond for hair

• Mix 2 teaspoons almond oil + 2 teaspoons coconut oil, apply on the length of the hair and scalp and wash it after 1 hour.
• Grind 5-6 almonds soaked and add some milk to it, apply this pack scalp and hair and then wash the hair after 30 minutes.
• Almond Take oil and massage it lightly with the help of fingers in the scalp and then wash it with mild shampoo after 1-2 hours.
